• Once the course is accessed, streamed, or downloaded, cancellations are not permitted.
• Education reserves the right to cancel a course or enrollment in case of unforeseen circumstances or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions listed below:

• If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• If you were charged but did not receive course access within 48 hours.
• If the course is cancelled by Education due to internal issues or insufficient enrollments.
• If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents course access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds are not applicable once the course has been accessed or partially completed.
• Refunds are not issued for user dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of course content, or personal schedule conflicts.
• Promotional or discounted course purchases are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Requests must include your name, registered email ID, order number, and a valid reason for the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway and Transaction Charges

Payment gateway charges or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the course fee amount only, excluding any bank or transaction processing fees.
